Our negative pressure resistant silicone tube is a dedicated pipeline accessory designed to solve the common failure problems of ordinary silicone hoses in vacuum equipment: tube collapse under negative pressure, air leakage, permanent deformation and rapid aging. Different from thin-wall spliced silicone tubes on the market, our hose adopts integrated seamless extrusion molding technology with thickened uniform tube wall, which can maintain stable pipeline circulation under long-term continuous negative pressure working environment, effectively reduce vacuum pump energy consumption and equipment downtime caused by pipeline failure.

Made of high-purity raw silicone without recycled rubber and harmful plasticizer, we provide three material grades for different industries: general industrial grade, food contact grade and medical sterilization grade. The silicone material features excellent high tear resistance, ozone aging resistance, oil and acid corrosion resistance. It will not harden, crack, turn yellow or deform after long-term use in high and low temperature, oily and humid workshop environments. The operating temperature range reaches -60℃ to 200℃, which can adapt to various extreme vacuum working conditions.

The seamless one-piece extrusion process eliminates splicing gaps that easily cause air leakage. The numerically controlled precision cutting ensures smooth and burr-free pipe orifices, which can fit tightly with various vacuum pipe joints to avoid pressure loss caused by air leakage. The thickened tube wall greatly enhances the anti-collapse performance under negative pressure; even under the limit vacuum value of industrial pumps, the tube body will not shrink and block the flow channel, ensuring continuous and stable negative pressure adsorption of the equipment.
