Product Introduction

Many pipeline penetrating positions, cable ducts, manhole covers and equipment joints often face the same problem: rainwater, groundwater, mud and odor easily enter through tiny gaps. Ordinary rubber seals only fill the gap mechanically, but they cannot actively block water when there is uneven settlement, temperature deformation or minor gap changes.

Our water swellable rubber seal ring is designed to solve this problem. Made of hydrophilic rubber material, it remains flexible during installation and automatically expands after absorbing water. The expanded rubber fills the gap tightly and creates a continuous waterproof sealing layer, helping to prevent water leakage, mud infiltration and odor backflow.

This seal ring is widely used in cable pipes, manhole covers, pipeline joints, underground equipment bases, sewage treatment tanks, construction expansion joints and other waterproof sealing scenarios.

The water swellable rubber seal ring contains hydrophilic components inside the rubber material. When the ring comes into contact with water, the material gradually absorbs water and expands in volume.
